Messages: SMS, Dialer & Home provides communication and device-management features including:


• SMS and MMS messaging

• Default SMS functionality

• Phone dialer

• Making and receiving phone calls

• Default Phone/Dialer functionality

• Contacts

• Recent calls and call history

• Missed, incoming, and outgoing call information

• After Call Screen

• Call and message spam blocking

• Scheduled messages

• SMS organization

• Backup and restore features

• Notifications

• Home/launcher functionality

• Premium subscription features

• Ad-supported free features



2. INFORMATION WE MAY ACCESS OR PROCESS


a) SMS and MMS Information


When the App is set as your Default SMS application, it may access and process SMS and MMS information required to:


• Send and receive messages

• Display your conversations

• Organize your SMS inbox

• Schedule messages

• Manage message notifications

• Support backup and restore functionality

• Block unwanted messages

• Provide other messaging features requested by you


SMS and MMS content is used only for the App’s communication features.


We do not sell SMS or MMS content and do not use SMS or MMS content for advertising or marketing purposes.



b) Call Log and Phone Information


When the App is set as your Default Phone/Dialer application, we may access phone and call-related information such as:


• Incoming calls

• Outgoing calls

• Missed calls

• Phone numbers

• Call timestamps

• Call duration

• Recent call history

• Caller/contact information associated with a call


This information may be used to:


• Display recent call history

• Make and manage phone calls

• Show caller information

• Provide an After Call Screen

• Allow quick call-back or messaging actions

• Identify or block unwanted numbers

• Support spam-call management


Call Log information is used only for the App’s core phone and calling functionality.


We do not sell Call Log information and do not use Call Log information for advertising, marketing, or unrelated profiling.



c) Contacts


The App may access contacts stored on your device so you can:


• Find contacts

• Make phone calls

• Send SMS or MMS messages

• Display contact names for phone numbers

• Use favorites or other contact-related functionality


Contact information is not sold to third parties or used for advertising.



d) Phone Number and Device Information


The App may process your device phone number, SIM information, network status, phone state, device model, Android version, language, device identifiers, and related technical information when required to provide or improve App functionality.



e) Photos, Videos and Files


If you choose to attach or share media, the App may request access to selected photos, videos, or files.


This access is used only when required for features such as sending media through messages or backup/restore functionality.



f) App Launcher / Home Feature


The Home/launcher functionality may display apps installed on your device so you can quickly access them.


Where used:


• App names and icons may be processed locally on your device.

• The installed-app list is not used for advertising or behavioral profiling.

• SMS or Call Log information is not sold or shared for launcher advertising purposes.



g) Spam Blocking


The App may allow you to block phone numbers, contacts, calls, or messages.


Information required to maintain your blocked-number list or identify blocked communication may be processed locally or as required to provide the feature.


We do not use your call or message history to create advertising profiles.



h) Device and Usage Information


We may collect technical and diagnostic information such as:


• Device model

• Operating system version

• App version

• Language

• Crash information

• Performance information

• Feature interactions

• Session information


This information may be used to improve stability, fix bugs, understand feature performance, and improve the App.



3. DEFAULT SMS AND DEFAULT PHONE/DIALER


Some features require the App to be selected as the device’s Default SMS application or Default Phone/Dialer application.


SMS permissions are accessed only where necessary for Default SMS functionality.


Call Log permissions are accessed only where necessary for Default Phone/Dialer and approved calling functionality.


Where required by Android or Google Play rules, the App requests the relevant default-handler role before requesting or using restricted SMS or Call Log permissions.


If the App is no longer the relevant default handler, restricted permissions will not be used except where otherwise permitted by Android and Google Play policies.



4. PERMISSIONS


Depending on your Android version and the features you enable, the App may request permissions including:


• READ_SMS – Read SMS messages

• SEND_SMS – Send SMS messages

• WRITE_SMS – Manage SMS messages

• RECEIVE_SMS – Receive SMS messages

• RECEIVE_MMS – Receive MMS messages

• RECEIVE_WAP_PUSH – Receive supported MMS/WAP messages


• READ_CALL_LOG – Display and manage supported call-history functionality

• WRITE_CALL_LOG – Maintain call-history functionality where required

• PROCESS_OUTGOING_CALLS – Support outgoing call functionality where applicable

• CALL_PHONE – Initiate phone calls

• ANSWER_PHONE_CALLS – Support answering calls where required

• READ_PHONE_STATE – Detect phone/call state for calling and After Call features


• READ_CONTACTS – Display contacts for messaging and calling


• CAMERA – Capture media when selected by the user

• READ_MEDIA_IMAGES – Select supported images

• READ_MEDIA_VIDEO – Select supported videos

• Storage permissions on older Android versions where required


• POST_NOTIFICATIONS – Display message and call-related notifications

• SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM – Support scheduled messages or timed functionality


• FOREGROUND_SERVICE – Run required foreground functionality

• FOREGROUND_SERVICE_PHONE_CALL – Support ongoing phone-call functionality


• Overlay permission – Display supported After Call or overlay features when explicitly enabled


Permissions are requested only when needed for relevant functionality.


You can manage permissions through Android Settings.


Note: The exact permissions available may vary depending on your device, Android version, and App version.



5. HOW WE USE INFORMATION


Information accessed or collected through the App may be used to:


• Provide SMS and MMS communication

• Provide phone dialer and calling functionality

• Display call history

• Manage contacts

• Provide After Call actions

• Block unwanted calls and messages

• Schedule messages

• Provide message backup and restore

• Display notifications

• Provide Home/launcher functionality

• Maintain App security

• Diagnose crashes and technical problems

• Improve performance and usability

• Provide customer support

• Manage premium subscription access



6. SMS, CALL LOG AND CONTACT DATA RESTRICTIONS


SMS, MMS, Call Log and Contacts information are sensitive information.


We do not:


• Sell this information

• Rent this information

• Use message content for advertising

• Use Call Log information for advertising

• Use Contacts information for advertising profiling

• Use this information for unrelated marketing

• Transfer this information for purposes unrelated to the App’s core functionality


Any processing of such information is limited to providing functionality requested by the user.



7. ANALYTICS AND ADVERTISING


The free version of the App may display advertising.


We may use advertising and analytics service providers to:


• Display ads

• Measure advertising performance

• Monitor crashes

• Understand general App usage

• Improve App performance


Advertising providers may process information such as advertising identifiers, device information, approximate location derived from network information, and ad interaction data according to their own privacy policies.


SMS content, message history, Call Log content, and Contacts are not provided to advertising partners for ad personalization.



8. PREMIUM / PRO SUBSCRIPTION


The App may offer a paid Premium or Pro subscription.


Depending on the offer shown in the App, Premium features may include:


• Removal of advertisements

• Access to paid or premium functionality

• Additional App features


Subscription payments are processed through Google Play.


We do not receive or store your complete credit card or payment-card details.


Google Play may provide us with limited transaction information such as:


• Subscription status

• Product purchased

• Purchase token

• Transaction status

• Renewal or cancellation status


This information is used only to verify purchases and provide Premium access.



9. BACKUP AND RESTORE


If the App provides backup or restore functionality, information selected for backup may be processed as necessary to complete the backup or restore requested by you.


Where a third-party or cloud service is involved, its own privacy terms may also apply.

We do not sell your personal information.

Much of the messaging, contact, call-history, and blocked-number information used by the App may remain stored locally on your device unless a backup or online feature is specifically used.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information.


However, no electronic transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security.



13. YOUR CHOICES


You can control many privacy-related features through your Android device.


You may:


• Grant or revoke permissions

• Change the Default SMS app

• Change the Default Phone/Dialer app

• Disable notifications

• Disable supported After Call features

• Manage blocked numbers

• Cancel Premium subscriptions

• Uninstall the App


Revoking certain permissions or default-handler roles may cause related features to stop working.



14. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY


The App is not specifically designed for children under the age of 13.


We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.


If we become aware that such information has been collected improperly, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.



15. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS


The App may contain third-party services, advertisements, websites, or links.


Those third parties operate under their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their independent data practices.



16. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
